Lisa Olivia Munn was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kimberly Schmid is of Chinese heritage and was born in Vietnam. She has a father named Winston Barrett Munn is from an American family with long-standing roots in the American South. Her parents divorced at the age of 2 years old. Her mother raised her as well as her stepfather who is an United States Air Force officer. Although the family departed Oklahoma and lived in a variety of places, she was brought up within Tokyo, Japan. In that period, she participated in many shows in the area and went on to become a Japanese Fashion model. Olivia was able to move from Japan to Los Angeles when her family eventually came back in America. United States to follow her ambition to become an actor. She began her acting career in a tiny character. It was then that her acting career took off when she was cast in the role of Mily Acuna in Hawaii's lensed television show Beyond the Break (2006). In 2007 she portrayed Rob Schneider's receptionist. She is the host of "The Daily Nut", "Formula D" as well as "The Formula D Podcasts" on G4. Following the TV show Beyond the Break, she is still surfing. She has also earned an black belt in Taekwondo. When she was two years old her mother remarried and this time with a member from the US Air Force. She was raised primarily in Tokyo, Japan where her stepfather served. Attended her studies at University of Oklahoma, where she studied journalism, and minored in Japanese and dramatic arts.
